About Me
A sophomore from Lutherville, Maryland, I currently train with Selina Petronelli and also work with Jacob Pope and Nick Pongracz during the winter or for special occasions. Horses have been a part of my life since before I could walk thanks to my grandmother, but I began competing on the A-circuit about four years ago. This year, I started showing in the 3’3” Junior Hunters, earning top ribbons at WEF and competing at Junior Hunter Finals. My current horse, Gochu (“Jeezy”), is a 7-year-old Junior Hunter that I’ve had since March 2025. He’s sweet, brave, and a little nosy, and it has been an incredible experience developing him and growing together as a team.
Academically, I attend McDonogh School where I maintain a 4.0 GPA, balancing rigorous coursework with my riding schedule.
Outside the ring, I enjoy baking, cooking, and playing pickleball. At the barn, I’m always willing to step up—whether it’s helping younger riders stay organized, setting jumps, showing ponies in preparation for kids, or packing for shows. I also have strong skills in horse care, including wrapping, poulticing, and overall organization. Volunteering is important to me as well, and I give my time to Maryland Therapeutic Riding.
I am excited about the opportunity to ride in college—not only to continue improving as a rider but to experience the dynamic of a supportive team environment where everyone works toward shared goals. I look forward to being a contributing teammate, experiencing life on my own, and finding meaningful passions and career opportunities along the way.
